Pre-file Mediation Request Form

Our vision is to be the trusted nonprofit providing premier conflict resolution services and programs. In order to live out our vision, we support those in conflict with mediation and facilitation services before relying on the courts to resolve their conflict. This form is for our team to review and determine if we can assist with pre-file mediation services. Unfortunately, our team is not able to support every situation with a pre-file mediation. If we are unable to provide mediation services, our team will provide and connect with resources that may be able to help.
