Co-parenting Classes
Currently, all of our co-parenting classes are held virtually. Chatham County Superior Court requires domestic cases that involve children to complete a 4-hour parenting class. For divorcing parents and fathers filing a legitimation action the Transitional Parenting and Legitimation in Georgia classes meet the requirements set forth in the Order Mandating Transitional Parenting Seminar signed March 1st, 2017.

If your domestic action is filed outside of Chatham County, our team recommends that participants check with their Judge’s office to determine if our class meets the requirements set forth in the jurisdiction your action is filed.
