Restorative Conferencing
Refer a case to Restorative Conferencing by completing this form.
When there has been harm to another and/or a relationship needs to be restored, we hold a Restorative Conference for all those affected to sit in a circle and talk about what happened from each person’s perspective, how they were affected, and discuss how to move forward to repair the harm and/or restore the relationships. Details of the conference are confidential. The Disposition Form with the outcome is shared with Court.
Juvenile Delinquency and Dependency Mediations
An impartial Juvenile-trained mediator facilitates the process to determine shared interests, and options for the challenges, and documents an agreement if parties are willing to resolve issues. To schedule the mediation, email the Mediation Order and contact details (name, email address, phone number) of all parties that need to attend to youth@mediationsavannah.com and jcheeks@mediationsavannah.com. Details of mediation are confidential. Disposition of Mediated Agreement or No Agreement is shared with Court. Mediated Agreements are signed and shared with Court.
