Welcome to the Family Law Resource Center (FLRC). The FLRC offers forms, education and assistance to self represented individuals (“pro se”) who need help preparing documents for: Divorce, Legitimation, Modification, Child Support, Contempt or Adult Name Change. We also offer forms to file an Answer to any of these actions. The FLRC does not give you an attorney and can’t give you legal advice.  At your appointment you will sit at a computer and fill out our court approved PDF-fillable forms.  You will complete as much as possible on your own and then a FLRC staff member will sit with you to go over each page and answer your questions.  You must complete the forms here at the FLRC.  The FLRC does not give you forms to take home and our forms are not on our website.  Once your paperwork has been reviewed it will be printed and you will sign the necessary documents in the presence of a notary public.  You will receive two copies and step-by-step instructions regarding what to do once you leave our Center. The FLRC is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and closed from 12:00pm to 1:00pm for lunch.  The FLRC is closed on Wednesday and Friday.
